Fixed the Wails frontend bridge namespace mismatch, added a real Wails-only tray implementation with systray, wired native notifications through Wails runtime, added Windows Startup-folder launch-at-login support, and fixed file locking so Windows desktop/config flows can build and test. Verification passed for `npm run build`, `go test ./internal/desktop`, `go test -tags desktop_wails ./internal/desktop`, and `go test ./internal/config ./internal/opencode`.",
